And it is not broken, it is the hexadecimal representation - 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F If you want to convert it into decimal, you can use double dabble chips!

Theres some things you can improve on the paint, deck design also somethings that arent a thing on the kuznetsov overall 6 (ik how paintful it is to do but nice still)

Alr, now to the things that make me wanna throw up (not fully): 1) Does not have CIWS in the correct place (should be near the deck, not at bridge) 2) Does not have cruise missile tubes near takeoff ramp 3) Does not have actually used AA (im not saying things about CIWS, im saying things about details) 4) The plane is strange none the less, since it twists half it's wing to roll
