I normally really dislike the item, because of the lack of cast, but i found if you stick it on kayn after he cast the first time he is broken (you need a golden remover tho) nice game

At first i wanted to use this item for voli but i would lose his skill healing too so i decieded to put it on backline but for duelist combo i think it will fit tristana only because ranged adc spam autos for healing and it works very good here
