During rainy season the road would be washed away. After rainy season, the same process would be repeated again. A good example of corruption. Or this could be an attempt to fill up a lake/ pond illegally to reclaim land for constructing housing.

I can’t imagine the colossal waste of fuel . Material and time used to build this platform. Just money wasted. Just make a driveway going down to the lower section and build. Easy!
