Nice Video. I hate the higher taxes. All newer builds have almost have 2%. If taxes were normal, I definitely move. Taxes is what discouraged me because I want a new build.

I live in the neighborhood 5 minutes a from here. Took a look at the models and they were extremely nice a big. I would love to live in one of the 2 story homes but they are too expensive. like a mom and a dad would probably have to work just to afford it. thanks for the video!

The area around that community is very nice! Affordable compared to many other cities in California. If you are comparing it to other states that are cheaper, then I would have to agree with you about it being crazy that I said its affordable haha. Appreciate you watching and commenting!

I feel that every state has it's negatives and i'm sure those who choose to live in California are aware of those things but California has a lot of upsides as well which is why there are still a lot of people living here and moving to and or back to California. Appreciate your comment though!

Hi! Appreciate you watching. So Menifee is listed in a higher fire zone, I'll be honest, most of California is but there are flat areas of Menifee where you wouldn't be too close to the hills where its a higher fire zone. Let me know if I can help get you more information. 951-533-9966

Honest upfront. Well presented with images to support the variety of communities. That stretch of 15 that he mentioned is horrendous. It was probably 6 years ago when i first found out and got off the freeway. I found out that there are no other options, and while my gps suggested this to save 7 min so did everyone before me, which obviously added to the misery. I will add that right along the freway are some enormous boulders probably 50+ tons and ranch homes n smaller businesses that I explored to mitigate the added misery i found by hitting accept on my gps. Post script: nice to plug in your sports fan aside. For guys like us its nice to hear!

I stayed listening to your video when I seen Raiders logos in the background that did it for me, because I'm born and raised in South LA walking to Raider games as a kid but I'm thinking about buying property soon hopefully within a year but I have a friend that's been living in Temecula for over 20 years now 🫡🏴☠️🙏🏽

Depending on the type of lifestyle a person has and how much you want to spend on a home. Many people are ok with not being so close to a lot of things but if that is something important to you then this area might not suit you as much as other areas but you most likely will pay more.
