If he believes that he shouldn't drink alcohol why the fuck does he follow a God that accepts it. It's obviously wrong/unhealthy to drink alcohol and not sure why people accept Jesus as perfect and omniscient. As soon as you see that God is serving drugs to people and allowing them to use it moderately then it's obviously not God. God is a perfect guide to life. Jesus is a Jewish man who did a lot of great things. He made a mistake in that he drank alcohol and accepted others drinking. He's also wrong about monogamy. It's ok for a guy to have children with one girl just as much as it ok for a guy to have children with multiple girls. Matter of fact, it would be better if a girl went out with a guy who didn't drink alcohol who's already with another girl instead of her doing monogamy with a Christian alcohol user. Most Christians just follow rules mindlessly, unempathetically out of fear of God. Goal is actually care about health and fertility to the fullest and hopeful for all to do the same. Believe and live out ideal ethical lifestyle principles. Marriage is irrelevant.

I have a question. I grew up in the church, i thought i was saved up until sept 2022. I since, have made unholy vows to God, even saying i wont pray anymore to him and then was like what did i just do? Is there any hope for me or am I'm completely undone? I essentially lie to the Holy Spirit when i make vows to God, rarely premeditated yet vows made despite. I've suffered extreme physical pain unspeakable by breaking them.

I take back everything I said, and I sit in dust and ashes to show my repentance.” You Saying to God i won't pray to you anymore can be repented of and is not technically a vow made to him Acts 23:12 "And when it was day, some of the Jews banded together and bound themselves under an oath, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul." in the passage above The Lord overrode this evil vow made (vow they made was not to God but with the enemy)when some jews wanted to kill Paul the apostle. The Lord protected Paul and was faithful to him. Just pray Jesus I'm sorry for saying that to you for (whatever the reason was) I want to know you and love you as my Lord. Something very similar happened to Peter when he uttered curses saying I Swear I don't know this Jesus whom you speak of... and the Lord later had to restore Peter and their relationship. Matthew 26:72 and John 21:15
