could anybody explain the part when he talks about the punches ( real and "fake").I don't speak english very well and I can't understand this part and it looks pretty interesting.Thank you un advance and thanks for sharing this .

It would be a better demo if they showed the grab area closer. Most people don't understand the importance of grabbing the hand in just the right spot or it doesn't work.

Also I noticed from his Bunkai in the Kate they only do it in the air rarely against a live person so when they try against a skilled person their body mechanics are wrong and the technique fails.

That was cool, many Karate people do not understand the harder they grip the more it will take their balance and hurt their joints.
