كم يكون درجة حرارة خليط السكر والزيت .. الخ قبل صبه على الشوكليت؟ وهل عند تذويب الشوكليت يحتاج لها تمبريغ اما فقط نذوبها فالمكرويف وجزاك الله خير🌷

الخطوات سهلة وواضحة عند غليان السكر و الزيت أضفه مباشرة على الشوكولاتة تم اخلط جيدا و ضع الخليط يرتاح بعض ساعات و بالتوفيق

I worked in a Bakery and culinary school for years one thing to do is Never put flowers directly into a cake they are toxic even artificial flowers need to be wrapped Glad press and seal wrap is great for that a lot of people use floral tape but the floral tape is not a food-grade material But that does look really good you did a great job
