I have been dogged by insomnia my entire adult life. I have drank wine to help but it did not. Someone suggested psyche truth ASMR. I didn't know what it was I had never heard of ASMR. All I have to do now before bed is put in one of Psychetruth Videos and I'm out. Especially the ones that Nicole does. She's AMAZING!!!

Returned to try this practice again.. I struggled previously to do the floor work practice on this video,but returning today & trying it, it went so well.I actually felt happy after my yoga practice tonight & that i had achieved something. Von Clausewitz said that "war is just politics by other means". And I really don't understand the word "spiritualism". What does it mean? If it has to do with a communing with supernatural forces that supposedly exist in our universe, then I can't take it seriously. Finally, war is not a lie. It may be justified based on lies, but what happens in it is reality. That's certainly the case with the war in Ukraine, but the people being killed there, the people who lived under occupation, and those who are refugees because their homes have been destroyed, are part of reality, and it must be addressed, lest it get bigger than it now is. I support it by buying equipment for the Ukrainian Army (a drone, some medical supplies), and supplying money to otherwise unemployed people who suffered under occupation (most of them have since fled their city). I wouldn't want to tell them that the defense of their country is a lie.

Thats incorrect. Ukraine for example ... 1🔸is not sending young men, its soldiers average 40 yrs & mostly all volunteered 2🔸is fighting for their lives & freedom ... not some rich, old bitter person. War is fought for many reasons, your description of all War is a common myth repeated by those who do not understand Geopolitics

Dear @PsycheTruth , I love your massage videos and defend them against the “Gentlemen of culture” crowd on occasion, but this video title is inaccurate and misleading. For those of us who only get good relief from actually receiving deep tissue massage, we know this is not deep tissue massage, and that makes the title clickbait. But with and accuracy title, this is a great video. May I suggest you come up with a new title that says “Gentle introduction to deep tissue massage for people afraid of deep tissue massage” but with fewer words? Because that is exactly what this video is. Thanks for listening!
