It was a question as to why GOAL/NRA did not immediately put a TRO on this ‘law’ that was just passed so as to keep gun owners from harm while letting it go through the courts for review, GOAL and the NRA need to address that question. Gun club members/ gun owner’s in general all over the state are wondering why they send you money and you do nothing with it to protect them from the harm this bill does? Again, our bigger concern is Why GOAL did not immediately put a TRO, (temporary restraining order) against this attack on our 2A to halt it so it would do no harm and give the courts a chance to look at it, up to and including SCOTUS?? My theory: purely my theory, I don’t have any facts to back it up. I think what they’ll do is this: when you accept a job, you’re on the clock, when you drop, you’re off the clock. They’re not going to pay you for your downtime. Also, I think they’ll stop you at 30 hours of work to avoid health insurance, and other benefits, 401k etc. They’re probably going to have to up prices, but they’re still going to find a way around the law to stiff the drivers. Also, would drivers milk the clock to get that hourly wage? Would they take their sweet time getting to a job, and to the destination? We’ll see.

AMERICAN AIRLINES screwed us today July 23rd they meted delaying our flight until we missed our connecting flight to Nassau so now I’m sitting here at home. Got another flight for tomorrow but we’ll just wait and see it that happens, in the mean time I’m out $400.00 because I did not show up a my hotel. This was our vacation .
