You should take your kids to Cebu Safari & Adventure Park where animals are placed in a more ethical way as they are given huge space where they roam around freely in their newly-adopted tropical habitat. Some animals are even allowed to roam around and face to face to with visitors such as peacocks/peahens, llamas, capybaras, rheas, African crown cranes, teal ducks, etc. The highlights of the park include the safari tour of African savannah animals and white lions where you may get to come face to face or close encounter with them (except white lions) such as zebras, antelopes, gazelles, elands, etc. while riding trams. The Cebu Safari is set amidst tropical jungle in the mountains of Carmen, a town 40 kilometers north of Cebu City all of 300 hectares. The sheer size of the park allows animals to live in a seemingly unrestricted movements as they roam freely in lush tropical jungle. The aviary section will definitely give you and your kids some kind of different experience as they have become so comfortable with humans already they often alight in one's head, shoulders, and playfully start to peck their hair. Llamas and capybaras have become so comfortable with humans as well as they don't shy away from humans every time they get petted. Your kids will surely love it there. The park has trams as its internal transport system to take visitors around to different sections whenever and wherever they like to as tram stops are all over. The Cebu Safari & Adventure Park is very similar in both layout and terrain to Taipei Zoo but twice bigger. The park has also accommodations in the form of cabins (designed for groups and family), camping tents and glamping tents for huge group/family situated atop the mountain top where you can get a 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains with its own inifnity pool, bonfire pit and children's playground. The park has also its own children's playground near the Garden of thew World.
