While this will eliminate a lot of current issues that are pending with Brokers in US it unfortunately does not eliminate the Broker issues in Canada with 3rd partying. There currently is nothing preventing Brokers from operating without a license in Canada, im hoping we will see some change on this side as well.

What about carriers not upholding there contract?? The police say a contract is a civil issue when a carrier refuses to deliver a vehicle that’s not COD.

I just filled out my FMCSA application and did my BOC 3 but haven't did my UCR yet. What do I need to do when filling for my insurance how to keep my MC# active by paying insurance on my passenger car. I haven't bought my semi yet and would like to know how to fillout fmcsa app so I can age my mc# . I will be leasing on to a company while I age my MC#.
