Yeah, I bought the remasters, thinking it'f be comfortable playing them on PC with 60 fps. Yakuza 3 is my favourite, along with the original PS2 ver of 1 (despite its cringe ass dub). I instantly went "Yeah...this does not feel like how I am used to." So I just played it on PS3 instead, missing content be damned.

idk how hard this would be to add but u should make it so that if u perfect guard on the exact frame u take 0 damage

I’m honestly not sure how feasible it is to modify the perfect guard itself, ik one mod out there changes an item’s effect to go from easier perfect guards to basically free but that’s related to the timing and not the damage reduction associated with it. I can most certainly try though, no promises on it being in the next update however.

Without cancer, seems neat, minus the offensive Tiger Drop. Honestly, it is a shame that they did not use this counter for Kiryu when equipping a Sea God's Talisman, which negates all damage via Perfect Guards with reduced windows.

You got me actually. The first game has more variety in boss and long battle tracks than the kiwami 1 version bruh where in Kiwami 1, get over it and end of the dogma play like all the time. In this game, Jingu is actually alright. Whenever you get knocked down, you don’t have to mash to get up.

Once Yakuza 3's combat clicked for me It was some of the most enjoyable stuff I ever put the time into learning but unfortunately I had previously rushed through the game so I only had two chapters to enjoy my enlightenment, gonna go back and correct that mistake once I get some more free time

Yakuza 3 is alot easier to adapt to when you play the ps2 games instead of the remakes before 3. Besides being better the the remakes anyway (fight me) the things you learn in the ps2 games transfer over and 3 feels much more natural cause of it. Also if people actually learned to hit enemies from behind and grab one inawhile, they'd be fine 90% of the time

This one called juggling so you basically make the enemy stuck at floating and you keep spamming attack by changing fighting style
