He wrote this after he and RM were insulted by the Rapper BeFree on a South Korean Radio Show where he called them Sell out for leaving the South Korean Scene to be part of an Idol Group he called Suga (Sugar) and also called both Suga and RM 'Girls' for wearing make up on stage' RM also came back with a diss track as well. BeFree didn't make it btw, he attacked another Rapper result he served a prison terms and he tried on a number of occasions to apologise but they bascially told him to 'Go home to Hawaii' where BeFree was from.

He was tight up cuz this is the first MV as Agust D, aka his first mixtape which is about his past , so all this anger that he had from the people that look down on him , not only that fact but the fact that they said that he didn’t struggle to be where he was at that moment ( successful group , now is even more than that). The “hyungs” he talked about were the one on his underground rap group called Dtown , suga joined first as a producer ( was the youngest ) and later they saw potential on his rapping skills and praised him but after joined BTS , some of them started to look down on him , and then other of the khip hop industry started to said he is a sold out, and he didn’t struggle like them but suga said he wanted to change that and wanted his voice to be heard so Agust D is like a bridge between the underground scene and the mainstream. In this case since he was pretty angry , the blonde agust D represent his anger about all of that ( again is also about his own struggles as a person with a lot of passion in music but not getting what he dream of cuz of real world problems , like didn’t got paid for songs but when he did was nothing , he even got scam , saved money for equipment instead of eating and also got issue with his body and then frustration ). The second part is the MV “give it to me” which is still about all that ambitious grind that he had and how much he worked even without his parents approval. So to understand better his story I recommend you to listen to his first mixtape with lyrics in order. Then in the second mixtape which is D 2 in the MV of daewchita the blond agust D aka the anger is on his throne full of himself , aka consume by the material stuff an alone , it’s actually a continuation of this, that’s why he tyrant king in the video is blonde and suga made the other part his hair black ( to make a difference and even with their jewelry , the king tyrant has gold while the other has silver ). And then the part that win over in daewhita aka the peasant aka suga don’t want to be consume by that anger ambitious part of him self but he wants to be on the ground aka be humble and not be alone enjoying the success together ( the peasant was with the support of he people and his squad was 6 guys aka BTS and a girl aka the fans ) But then that part that won also got corrupted so another more cheeky and happy side of him got over. You can see in any character of him how the behavior became more chill and then like cheeky/ teasing like he actually is , and the scar disappearing meaning his scars in life that he mention more in other songs from his mixtapes and then last part which is his album Dday. All of these was planned by him to show his story in the past , present and what he expect from the future. Again to understand I recommend you to listen all the tracks in order to understand the whole story.
