I have Purchased my Tata Nexon car from Dada Motors Ludhiana on 13-06-2022, I am enjoying this and every service done by same agency but no I have send my car by pic and drop by driver on 16-07-204 and paid 10000/- after 2 days I went to market with my family my car is not strat I try many times but it not started, than I request some people to push my car I feel very embracing, I cal to advisor and some other people in agency than they said please send car in agency I will check it in the evening advisor call me that your battery gone weak you have to change your battery I was shocked that almost two years battery is weak Than I call to GM sir he said me I will resolve your problem he send mechanic and advisor also Next day check my car and said me you have to change battery this battery is not good, you can change battery with agency by payment otherwise you purchase anywhere. I feel that this unnecessary expenses borne by me. I think some thing went wrong with my car because of there is no any problem before this service. So I request you please provide me some solutions@tatamotrs

Tata is making good products undoubtedly, but if tata wants to increase their sales, then do only 2 things 1. Improve after sale services. 2. Start giving AWD or 4WD in safari and harrier, only 2 things and tata going to rock the market, we r using tata cars since 1996- start our journey with tata Sumo, then in 2000 Indica,then in 2007 again Indica, in 2011 Manza quadrajet Abs, 2012 december Safari Storm, and 2019 july Nexon. So with all that experience with tata we want only 2 things...

Don't recommend to anyone for this vehicle cause of Worst Mileage..... Lutt jayogi Mileage ke wajah se ..

Guys, Don't buy any car from this dealer. This dealer people are not trustworthy at all. They cheat customers and fraud and do scams with genuine customer. I book3d a Nexon on 23 Jun 2024 after seeing a dark wdition display car and Sales person told that he has 450 cars in stock and will give a brand new from one of them. Then I asked for PDI after few days and they said that they do PDI at the time of delivery only so I trusted them. On the day of delivery 7 Jul 2024 I found that the car they registered on my name was that same display car. when I asked them then they denied, when I gave proof then they accepeted. They said that take the delivery on our trust and we will give compensation in price. Later I started escalation matrix with Tata territory manager but that Tata employee is also taking this dealer side. Dealer is trying to prove that display car is equal to a new car. Perhaps there are many issues with this display car. They tried to give some compensation in terms of warranty and accessories to hide their fault. Also dealer customer manager took the car to fix it's issues and at that time of delivery after fixing he forced me to send a satisfaction note then only he will release the car. I have all the call recordings and trail email where it shows that how dealer smartly trying to cover up his mistakes. Now I am getting new issues on every alternative days and my actual demand was to give me a brand new car as was promised at the time of booking. but now this dealer is denying for the same. They are just asking to give the car and will fix the issue. We buy the car to drive not to aend to service center in every month. Now dealer and tata employees both are talking so rudly and not ready to provide any support. I am regretting to spend 14lakhs and buying a tata car from this dealer. SO GUYS, PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE BUYING A CAR AND DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER OTHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET JUST LIKE ME AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WILL BE WASTED.
