I find it’s easier to jack up the cab and screw the track assembly back if my excavator comes unscrewed. Lately I’ve had to be really careful on rotating around because I lost count.... so hopefully I’m not at 12 revolutions.

Can someone please answer a question for me? I took the tandem hydrostatic pump off my 1993 bobcat 853 to have it looked at because it was leaking really bad at a factory seam on the front left side. I dropped it off an all I wanted them to do is tell me if was fixable or not. They stripped it all the way down to the very last bolt without my permission took them about an hour to do so, at 150 an hour. Now they wanna charge 600 to 800 to put it all back together (WITHOUT FIXING IT) Now I'm stuck with 3 full boxes of hydraulic pump parts that I don't know W.T.F. to do with. or even where to start to put it back together. I'm pissed as hell they automatically assumed I was gonna have them fix it. Any suggestions about what I should do cause it will cost at least 5k for a remanded one. I don't have that kind of money. Should I sue them in small claims court? All I want them to do is fix it and put it all back together at no cost to me. I don't want to get any money from them. I just want it put together an that would be good enough for me. They also told me it was done when I called. An fixed on the phone when it wasn't. So now I'm stuck with a bobcat that has no motor in it because I had to pull it all the way out just to get to the pump. So I have no bobcat an 3 boxes of hydraulic parts. Did they really have to tare it all the way done like that? Or are they being ASSHOLES? feels like entrapment...

I have a T630 that will not prime for some reason. Every time I squeeze the primer bulb it acts like it’s filling the filter then going to the pump, except when I squeeze the bulb about 10 times, it eventually gets firm then when I unscrew the water separator on the bottom of the filter it’s like all the squeezes I just did come out all at once like it’s not going through the pump. Any ideas? I’ve Already checked imv, fuel lines, fuel filter replaced, fuel pickup had a tiny bit of rust on it in certain spots so I cleaned with brake cleaner and blew off with air. New battery as well. Machine will crank off ether and stay running with no issues or codes until I turn off and try to restart then I get a low voltage code M0309

I have a 763F that I only recently purchased and after discovering that the chaincase was over full with milk (water getting in via poorly sealed top covers) I then found no brake disc guides in there that are shown in the spare parts catalog. I then noticed that there are also none in this video, what gives, not essential or did Bobcat not use them after a certain serial number?

I have that same unit and it leaks from the Bottom “where you can see of course “ when it warms up. Everything works fine , I just keeps adding fluid. Getting bad. What’s the first thing I should look at? With a scope, it looks like it’s coming from the very center of the unit, between the right and left pump. Any advice would be awesome love the video, thanks

I purchased a used T630 Sunbelt machine from an auction. Ran great until this problem, about 3100 hours. 7528 right side. I'm going to order the bushing and control arm and have purchased a service manual. The service manual speaks about remote start tool needed to run a calibration. Is there a way to replace these parts without requiring a full calibration? Can you speak a little bit about when a calibration would be required and ways to avoid a calibration if everything was perfect before this error code? Also the pump motor is painted a deep blue color on the case, I'm suspect that it could have already been replaced. Is there a common color for these hydrostatic pumps from the factory? Great video! Great video! I watched it a year ago & rewatched it again because I have to open up my 95 763 because of seal leaks on both right axles & now probably bearings. 1 seal just started pouring. Are all models inner axle bolts 1- 1/8" ? TIA

Hey! As an other commenter, I also want to comment on yoir latest video. I have a 310 bobcat. Pretty old one. We changed hydraulic pump, coz the old one was slow. Asi watched videos on youtube there are 2 types of this machine 1 have oil filter between tank and pump, and the other ( what i have) filter on the return line from control valve. Imo its a pretty bad setup..... so my problem is, after installing the new pump at the first 10-15 seconds it pumps and i can lift the arm. After that it starts to shake and powerless, and wont lift the arm anymore. Also disconnected the pump to control valve hose, and first its got oil flow later not. What i think is, there is a breather cap somewhere on the tank that is clogged and it starts to suck vacuum from the tank. Any idea what can cause the problem? Also oil is new, pump inlet line is free, i pushed air into it backwards. Thanks, David

Just wanted to reach out and say thank you for taking the time to post this very detailed video. Found the cause of my no start it was a stuck open injector clear hose test worked great! I'm now chasing another issue where I need to bleed the fuel filter in order to get it to start. Almost everytime.... After bleeding the top screw on the filter cartridge it fires up and runs great, Is there an inline check valve or something that has failed on my machine? not sure where this air/ loss of prime is originating. Even ran the filter inlet to different fuel tank to isolate it being a cracked line further up stream. Any ideas??? Thanks again!!! Vince

I have hydraulic fluid pushing out of a green cap on the drivers right side of the machine. Can’t seem to find what this pump is called and a video on replacing it/rebuilding it. I have a picture but can’t send it on here.

2004 CASE 90XT. 1297.4 Hours Engine starts fine .No arm / bucket functions Called for help in understanding what could it be. Was told it be cheaper if brought into their shop . Mechanics removed equipment pump ,opened it up ,sent pictures. Not enough pressure on the equipment pump. Needed 2500 psi ,tested and only 1300 psi . No OEM pumps available at the time . I asked "Is there new pumps available from CASE ?". Was told "yes but 8 to 10 weeks ." Shop canceled project & I retrieved my machine. So still no functions No drive . So now my question is: Do the tandem pumps run independently with oil from resovior to build pressure for the drive motors ? Or do they need pressure from another pump ? Mechanics replaced 4 relays and a hydraulic shut off solenoid. Still dead in the water . So I have to do repairs to it myself and I don't know which is the best way of going about this. Do I remove all the internals ( tandem pump,high flow pump ,drive motors )since I already know the pump is screwed ? Or do I start with the electrical? Even if the electrical is OK, then which area of the hydraulic side should I focus on? Was also told that probably electrical issues. Anyway I hope someone can advise me on what's the best moves .

I also have a problem on a 318d skid steer that doesn't start, and first of all I notice that the Glow Plugs don't reach the power, or better yet, the signal doesn't reach the corresponding relay. How do work the glow plugs in this type of machine? Because according to my experience of turning the key contact I have to heat up a few seconds before starting and this just doesn't work. if you can help me with this,it would be great Thanks!

I’m commenting on your latest video to get your attention. I’ve been working on my bobcat for too long to admit and I can’t anymore. Almost big money shop time. it is a 2004 T 300. I got the hydraulic pump rebuilt it is installed and I have replaced most everything that needed to be replaced in this process. Why does it turn left when I try to go right with my JSC. It will not go into the other dual joystick zero turn type control. If you could just give me a list of possibilities I would very much love to dive into any and all of them if we haven’t already eliminated them by process of elimination. Keeping it simple we have done a lot of process of elimination and you seem like you have knowledge. as we have been searching videos of yours and others and I cannot find anything and it’s probably simple. we have something mixed up. I really don’t want to take it to a shop and we’ve accomplished so much I don’t want to do that unless absolutely necessary. Hah Trees Above Lawns Below MI. Backwards and forwards works. Help!

The speed sensors for these are discontinued on the SJC units. There is new software that programs them out. They aren’t used anymore. I finally found this after calling Bobcat directly. My dealer was arguing with me over it. I was looking right at the sensors and he told me they don’t have it. That situation got me watching this video. Good info. Thanks.
