Glad I'm not going crazy 😂 TY for confirming. I'm not against tunneling where needed and will own up to it if I did, but I was so bamboozled by this one as I genuinely just took the chases I found. I rewatched for the person who said I tunneled them, and at one point they fully healed so not sure what their definition is 😂

Can't remember the name of the challenge but there was a really confusing one as Trapper where someone else had to step in a trap triggered by a different survivor 😂

Now I've had more time I honestly believe it's the best class overall, giving info in chase to you and your team. Also, Urban Evasion go brrr

Yeah, on the way to Castle Mourne (south of map) you'll come across a blind woman (Irene) sat on a wall. You'll then find her father, Edgar, in Castle Mourne, and telling him his daughter's message progresses the quest. Go back to Irene and you'll find she's been killed. Return after telling Edgar and he'll swear revenge. That's when Edgar appears as an invader at Ravager's shack.

Been a couple years since this video, shame if the bug is back.

@SirBM-TTV I thought his spawning was the bug. Didn't know it was actually a quest line. After looking further into things. It seems he actually is meant to spawn there to fight. I'm trying to now figure out, if that's the end of that quest line. Or is there more to do.

@@dillonfredrikson7034 as of that update it was end of that quest line and you get their weapon (needed for a trophy). Since the DLC I'm unsure if they've added anything more.

Yeah, this channel has always been an archive of games I'm enjoying, sometimes the odd trophy guide if there's a tough one. When DBD became my main comfort game, that took over the majority of videos 😂 I'm small channel so I try my best to respond to all comments, even those on older videos 😉

I can understand Calm Spirit not working, but that outright negates screams from even occuring. You just cannot scream; it's not a suppression. Scene Partner should work with Hardened because unlike Calm Spirit, Hardened makes it where you CAN get screaming effects still.. it's just that whenever you would, instead you would reveal the killer's aura. And Scene Partner creates the same effect, it's just if you're running it with Hardened.. it should be that you just won't scream, but that the secondary effect of Scene Partner where you could scream again doesn't happen. That would make more sense considering the only benefit you get with Hardened and Scene Partner together is just no sound cue.

Knight will become another Skull Merchant situation where even though they're beatable, survivors don't want to put in the effort or commit to games longer than 10 minutes. This will lead to another killer having their kill rates artificially boosted from giving up or DCs, and with community complaints, Knight will likely be nerfed again at some point.

@@typervader this was 1 game of me playing as Knight. I've played a few against him and watched streamers recently. I do agree I need more testing time but my opinion is based on what I've witnessed and experienced. Old Knight most would drop at pallet for the easy hit. Most decent teams could still dominate easily in time it took Knight to do this. Bad survivors would still DC, sure. New Knight is extremely good at stalling. If there's one thing I've learnt about survivors it's that even if they're good, they have a low tolerance for longer games and quit before they invest any time. Again, all this is my early speculation, and why my title is "I fear" and not "I am".

Yeah I was extremely surprised how long it went on. My only fear is that it could become monotonous for survivor being constantly in chase. I feel the direction will shift from Knight using guards as a pincer attack, to Knight uses guards just to waste time. In other words, survivors no longer worry about guaranteed hits to instead have drawn out matches. Still, I need to test them myself. That should be tomorrow.

@@typervader yeah there's definitely going to be a period of adjustment needed on both sides. I like to give it a week of games before giving a solid opinion, those are just my initial thoughts/concerns.

Totally agree. Killers are shamed for doing well e.g. "why are they tunneling at 5 gens", however, when 3 gens pop before first hook you don't see survivors take it easy on the killer. People can play how they want, I just like to show perspective on why certain behaviours or play styles exist 🙂

Survivors do in fact give up all the time. Never give up try to learn from your losses this goes for both sides.

@@SirBM-TTV Well it's making it easier for you because if you interrupt it they lose all progress. If they split 3 gens at the start you will lose 3 gens after your first chase!

Cracked team. Leon made one bad mistake at the end sand bagging the other survivor, but 1 mistake on our side didn't compare to all the mistakes on theirs. Yet someone we didn't "deserve" the win and they did because they got greedy and a highly situational perk got value 😂

I know the feeling. If it's any help, try use killers that survivors don't fear looping like a Wraith. More likely they'll drop against an Oni to deny power etc.

Yeah, sorry I just title the videos with the challenge within them, it's not really a guide per se. You need to get hits after an aura is revealed. Scratched Mirror or Vanity Mirror on Myers lets you see auras through walls, so combine with an indoor map and it's easy hits. The Pig using Amanda's letter is also a good choice, just make sure to hit them with M1 and not the dash 👍

@@SirBM-TTV Thanks. I figured it out after first try it didn't work with the same perks. Found vanity mirror in the bloodweb. Was a very fun game, if a bit unfair :D

I'm not sure but if you use LOL mode it might give enough damage boost to kill them whilst they're on the ground 👍

@@SirBM-TTV unfortunately, it doesn’t work. Every time I attack the bot when they are down, the LOL mode doesn’t last long enough to be enough to kill the bot with the popcorn tracker. I think the best course of action would be two Klowns attacking someone while they are down, but making sure the one with the popcorn tracker does the fatal shot

@@GodOfSpeed2099 I'm not sure if I've done this challenge since, but from the description you just need to have Hex: Ruin in your perks and make sure 5 gens don't get completed. If you kill 3 and the hatch spawns, don't close it as this completes the gens to power the gate.

This is the anniversary from 2022. You just needed to escape with an invitation, though in the 2024 event it'll just be to get the invitation. Make sure you're queuing up for the event and not normal game mode 👍

@@aktotheusa8921 on the main menu there's one that says "Play" and another that says "Twisted Masquerade". You need to select Twisted Masquerade then choose killer or survivor.

They over nerfed the gun, I tried doing same since but can't seem to kill on floor anymore...

I always preach playing both roles for this reason. Too many players have only 1 side perspective which leads to unfair complaints and a lack of empathy and respect for the other side.

I know there's been a patch that will adjust the popcorn Gun, I wonder if that has caused issues. All I can really say is keep shooting them, it doesn't say you have to kill them with it only fully cover them. If I find out anything I'll let you know 👍

I’m a bit confused, how we do this trophy exactly? My friend popcorne’d someone up and I both klowntality’d them and cocooned them but no trophy. Am I supposed to both cover him in popcorn myself AND kill him? Or is it just glitched rn

@@shittygamerbf8852 i just got the trophy, you have to knock the survivor with the popcorn gun and since you can’t kill them while their knocked i asked my friend to hit the knocked survivor 3 times and i shot them after wards and they died and i got the trophy, but you have to knock them down with the popcorn gun first

I just read the latest patch notes coming. Apparently a lot of the trophies/achievements aren't tracking properly, so I bet this is one of them.

Pig used to be, arguably, one of the worst killers in the game. Her dash was so slow you couldn't use it for effective stealth or chase so her only power was 4x head traps that bought a bit of time. Some months ago Pig got really good buffs to allow her to move faster in stealth, and get a dash she can use at loops. So, in answer to your question, the reason I did well: -Survivors are still adjusting to new Pig as she was terrible for so long -Amanda's letter add-on is just free aura reads on an indoor map where they don't see me but I see them -Chaos Shuffle is random perks so there's low chance of Distortion (the main counter to aura reads) -No MMR in Chaos Shuffle, I have nearly 5k hours but I'm unsure what they have Many people love to play Scratched Mirror Myers for aura reads, but at a huge cost: incredibly slow movement and short lunge. I highly recommend trying Pig with Amanda's letter, it's better than Scratched mirror in every way. Hope this answers your question 🙂

It was a combination of knowing how to play Pig, using the addons correctly, and capitalizing on the survivors' mistakes...the biggest being their altruism. Even with the buffs, Piggy can still have a hard time. Like Hag, once a good snowball happens, you can completely shut a team down with your party hats. (I main Pig, and Hag when I play killer.) Arguably, the perks were not the best for Pig. I like STBFL, Mind Breaker, Surge, Dying Light/Thana/Dead Man's/MYC (depending on my mood) with slow release toxin, and face mask. I know it seems like overkill with Mind Breaker, but it can keep a survivor totally exhausted if you are lucky.

Yeah it's not bad in general, just typical I was running an add on that means I'm stealth 90% of time 😂 - also not good for Caulrophobia

@SirBM-TTV monitor has a weird synergy with any terror radius perk/addon because it helps and hurts but yeah both worthless when you have no terror radius most the game
