Why Moses Moody hasn't received more playing time in GS is a bit of a mystery in the bay. Fans there are endlessly demanding for him to find the floor. With Thompson presumably out, it's looking like Moody will finally get his moment. Unless Philadelphia has their eye on someone special at 16, they can't lose with Mood

Vucevic makes perfect sense if we could aquire him . Trading for jimmy at his age ?" Only if we didnt have to mortagage that clippers pick . Signing paul george ?" I'm luke warm on that idea . Aquiring strong hungry role players ,resigning kelly oubre amd nick batum , going after a good offensive player to round out our roster , and keeping your damn draft picks !" Now , that's a great idea !" And the only way to build a team while preparing for a post joel future !""

@@Reggied103079 Are you paying attention to your own comment ?" Every year Joel gets hurt . Explain how acquiring anyone will prevent that ?" Of course I want a championship with Joel . He's my favorite sixer next to doctor j . But ,it's like you're not comprehending the part that he has to stay healthy in order for us to win it all . If you do the same thing over and over ,and expect a different result ,it's the definition of insanity . This is a bad year for the draft ,a bad year for top of the line free agents , and a bad year to put hopes and prayers in a one player quick fix . Build a sold team around embiid and maxi . Vucecic is a good competent back up center . The kind you would need to rest embiid during the season . He won't solve our team needs ,but he would help our center needs . Find hungry players to fill out our roster . Paul George is a very good player ,but he is still 34 . It's no telling his commitment to his body is on par with LeBron . Usually by that time ,most players decline rapidly . LeBron is the only outlier . Durrant is such a highly skilled player his decline from all time great to all-star would be worth the risk . Wishing and hoping is not going to get it done .jimmy would be great ,but not if we mortgage our future for a maybe . Jimmy helped take a Miami " team " to the finals ,not dragging them all by himself . If we acquire anyone in this free agent market we are still going to have to deal with the likelihood that Joel would get hurt during the season . I'd never trade Joel no matter the risk . But I'd damn sure look to get him a lot more help other than just one player . As far as I'm concerned the hell with the NBA with their new rule of not resting players during the season . My only concern would be to acquire the right talent around Joel and maxi ,and coast into the playoffs with a fully healthy embiid . No more MVP chasing . No more defensive player of the year chasing . No more regular season accolades chasing !" Get him healthy for the playoffs with as little or as many games you need to play him . But the sixers need to have some common sense building this team ,because his health clearly is not a guarantee . Would I consider trading Joel ?" No , not for a minute !" My opinion .

Really ,we should forget about panic signings to take advantage of embiids prime . To be completely honest ,it wouldn't matter , with whose potentially available . Embiid still could get hurt before the playoffs and it wouldn't much matter anyway !" Unless you're talking about somehow acquiring Kevin Durant ,I don't see any free agent or possible trade that could move the needle that drastically. We need an improved " team" around Joel and maxi . There's more than one way to do that . If embiid stayed healthy throughout the season ,we'd always have a chance . But it's his health that is vital to our playoff success . We need to build a better team by acquiring players that make sense . No team in recent memory has won by a quick fix . It's always the addition of the player you need on an already established team that will make a drastic difference . This is something we fans forget . It requires a consistent roster with chemistry built over seasons to win . We in Philly have been building the wrong way ,with the wrong coaches . Now that we have two all stars ,one superstar , and the right coach , we need those complementary pieces around them .

The sixers have been in a win now mode for almost a decade. I will translate what that really means according to the sixers. We do not develop young players nor do we give are young players a legit chance to play, even for the better of the team. This is why the sixers will be sitting at home at this time next season. Moses may play well for the sixers, but the sixers do not like young players at all. We may see him in the regular season and none in the play-offs. The win now mode for the sixers is an excuse not to play young players nor draft them.

He needs to do a better job of seeking kickout opportunities after offensive boards rather than forcing it back up. having a heavy foul tendency will get players benched quickly you've seen Paul Reed and how easily he nearly fouls out in regular szn games, forget the playoffs
