Namastee Master Sh Heng I am from kathmandu, Nepal This is first video i see and it will encourage me to do this But i am not sure if it is good tp do having pressure and diabetic I am 60 age I do plank and squat 2, 2 minute. Is it better doing on empty stomach at morning ? Or can do anytime Thanks for motovating

What I notice in the comments are a lot of people saying they can’t do it. I am a 70 year young woman with a replaced right knee. I lift weights every other day. I do aerobic exercises on the other days. I take one day off a week. I’ve lost 35 pounds, and I am probably in the best shape of my adult life. The videos that I watch are free, and I use a free online calorie tracker called fatsecret. What I am trying to say is, do what you CAN. There are exercises on my videos that are not suitable for my body. I adapt by doing something that I CAN do. I now look forward to my exercises, and if someone had said to me before, “you’re going to like this,’ I would have scoffed. It is my goal to die a healthy death. I don’t want a sedentary life, I don’t want to drag an oxygen tank behind me, because I want to get up and DANCE and PARTICIPATE in my remaining days. YOU CAN DO THIS. Start out slow. But do SOMETHING. I wish you all a can-do-it attitude! 💪🏻

Master Lin, I really don't know what to think! Not liking to go to medical doctors I became so bad feeling I went and had a good checkup and xrays for a knee. Tests show pre- diabetic and damaged knee. I have to wait 2 mos to get the appt to actually review the results of tests with the doctor. Crazy huh. I came upon this vid of yours just yesterday and stared doing the QiGong. Yesterday the knee was less painful and all day today, I barely needed my cane. I'm 72 and am overcome with joy that I seem to be responding so initensely to this! I just bet I will be a new person by the time that doc ever gets around to seeing me!
