Now I’m just guessing here? But I’m assuming you had to pull your tranny to get to this spot where your adjusting the clutch at? I didn’t notice what vehicle your working on either? I’m hoping it’s between 87-92 Ford F-150? Well maybe I am? I rather not have to pull my tranny if I don’t have to? What a pain, especially with a 4 wheel drive I’m guessing even more work? Was hoping this be a easy solution to adjust my clutch, especially since I just had a new clutch put in my truck less then a year ago and I hardly drive this truck. So the clutch itself should be almost new! But my clutch pedal been getting worse it seems just sitting in the driveway and the other day the clutch pedal wouldn’t disengage my engine any more. Fortunately I can still drive the truck without having the clutch disengaging as it should. It just a little trickier to do. But it works especially when you need a way to get home if your clutch linkage breaks or fails on you! I’m just hoping I don’t have to pull my tranny to fix the adjustment on my clutch pedal? But I will find out soon!

U forgot to mention if ther should be any continuity between probes (such faulty plug or cut wire ) obviously don't supose to be any , if yes , then ther is a short circuit. In my case I got one (between midle probe and back light of the trailer left with key on on position all lights off), but u gotta use ur voltmeter

I hope you’re able to see my message, I have a 2014 freightliner Cascadia evolution and the batteries keep getting very hot two of them when I stop today or at 156° the other two are normal at least for now what could be causing this when I start the truck the alternator reads like 13 nine and then I’m going down the road I haven’t checked it constantly but it’s usually around 14.1

Rs 404 is what the unit is called and I always take those ring gear bolts off when I do a full tear down they always have notching in them about 90% of the time kind of a poor design thing on Eaton's part
