Yes, this saved the day. The top screw was missing but after looking under the floor mat the screw was there. It was not easy to get in but with some patience I did get the screw in and tightened as described. Every gear shift like normal. Thanks.

If your expedition has these CRAZY SYMPTOMS, CHECK under the hood, in front of the driver's side Firewall and look at the top Front of your Master Hydraulic Cylinder. There is an Electronic cruise control "Cut Out Switch VALVE (it's used to cut off your active Cruise Control when you apply your brakes), it's screwed into the front top of the Master Hydraulic Cylinder. The plastic housing in the top of that valve where the Cruise Control wires go into, that plastic housing can leak hydraulic fluid up from the Master Cylinder and fill that plastic housing hydraulic fluid where those cruise control wires are located and cause this blown fuse in the fuse box this guy is talking located at the drivers left foot under the lower dash. This Tip is not out there on You TUBE. If you have this Master Hyd Cylinder Cruise control valve filled with Hyd Fluid, us this kit to change out.
