Not noisy at all! I add a little bit of oil once a month to keep all the moving parts running smoothly 👍

@gemini2415 - I tried it myself in an 800w mw for 50 secs with a medium sized egg. The egg exploded. Tried it again at 35 secs in same mw and it worked ok. Soft yolk, but the white, although cooked, was a bit stringy. Tasted ok though.

It would have been nice if you said what a severing size is for each item - a serving size for tuna is different than for raspberries for example.

Feedback taken on board and will definitely include this missing info on all future videos! 👍 1 serving of fruit or nuts is usually considered as a handful. Serving size isn’t that important for really low and zero carbs, as the carbs so low or non existent 🫶

Some studies indicate that light smokers are MUCH less likely to get Alzheimer's. But there are other studies that show the opposite. I don't use tobacco, but I suspect the studies that say smoking reduces the risks of Alzheimer's are not as affected by bias as the virulently anti-smoking studies are.

I travel to Europe every year and most people smoke. They are thinner and seem a lot happier than what I see back in the states. Here most women are heavier or obsessed with working out. Rarely do they seem as happy here. The life expectancy rate is no different.

Yet the life expectancy in Europe (where smoking is very common) is greater than in the US. Of course, part of this difference is caused by the prevalence of violent crime in the US and of drug abuse. But there is very little evidence that smoking actually causes a significant decrease in life expectancy. Still, I wouldn't take up smoking. It's a filthy habit and a HUGE financial drain.

@CCoburn3 my grandfather and my dad died of lung disease. One smoked cigarettes more years than the other one less, so yeah Each human is different, and the body will respond differently ,God bless
@CCoburn3
@CCoburn3 7 ай бұрын
@@ruthnanalook7566 Sure. I had one grandfather that died in his early sixties from lung cancer. He smoked. But during WWII he worked in a shipyard. And the people who worked in that shipyard developed cancer at a tremendous rate. My other grandfather died of lung cancer at 85. He also smoked. I don’t recommend smoking, but I don’t think it is the automatic death sentence that many anti-smoking zealots appear to think it is.

How dumb can you get? There are very few things that are all good. And there are very few things that are all bad. Tobacco has real benefits -- and real drawbacks. Whether the drawbacks outweigh the benefits is another matter altogether.
