hi I was just wondering does the person with the problem need to admit to it before they can accept help . I am am concerned about someone I love and he just doesnt see the problem like I do.

The “like” button does not adequately cover my feelings about your videos. It is rather a mixture of pain and massive respect for the way you are dealing with this, especially when the person you are trying to help is your sister. Did she move in your social circles or is her road to addiction coincidental? I think I am an addict myself, but not of drugs or alcohol. For me, the behaviour of addiction is the most difficult thing to deal with. I feel that I replace one thing that satisfies with another. I hope that makes sense or that you can understand what I’m saying. I find listening to you very therapeutic and I thank you for opening up and sharing. I wish I could share a hug with you. xXx

We had the same upbringing of cause and similar traumas, but we didn’t mix in the same circles very often, she went down a very different path to me with using different substances. Thank you for your lovely comments. I understand what you mean about replacing one with another, typical addictive behaviour for me, always had to have something! Hope you’re well and keeping safe. All the best, Zach

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and how you tackled your feelings of anxiety. It could not have been easy but you look so good now. I first saw you on TikTok where I thought you looked like a beautiful person. Listening to your background it is obvious you are a beautiful person inside too despite a harrowing upbringing. Keep on and don't stop. I am looking forward to watching more of you on here and of course on Tik Tok too. Big hugs. xXx
