Also on topic with this video: h20 had a terrible app and customer service was very bad with early closing hours.Meanwhile, I was able to chat with somebody at visible at 3 am when I had a question

T-Mobile customer service has gotten really bad. The other carriers customer service stinks also. I don’t have a problem if they try to upsell me as long as they don’t add stuff I don’t agree to. Asking me if I want it is no problem. Putting it on the bill when I don’t want it I have a problem with. I used to really like T-Mobile but no reason for me to use them currently, if that changes I’ll gladly go back to them. I’m not anti T-Mobile but definitely think they need to fix some stuff

How do you put the SIM card in ? I just called them to check out what they had to offer and I use a lot of data. But I’m not tech savvy and I’ve been using Verizon 10 years and t SIM card is always already in it. Thankyou very much!

Agree, agree, Agree, the customer experience isn’t the best at the T-mobile Retail stores, and the Sales Associates can be Off-Putting at times, from playing on their phones and Not acknowledging the customers..

I think context matters here. Did those customers have access to good fibre for a good price? Or was fixed wireless their only economical choice? Satisfaction for a customer trapped into limitations doesn't equate to one infrastructure being better than another. Here in Australia fixed wireless is horrific, speeds struggling to go double digit Mbit/s, while the national broadband fibre delivers high bandwidth and low latency. So context matters. Properly done fibre will always smash wireless just as a matter of physics (wireless being a shared, lossy medium).

T-Mobile has the WORST customer service of ANY provider out there! I would NEVER give that company a cent! First time I signed up with them downtown Milwaukee when they were first available (late 90's) and they promised I'd get coverage at my house (gave them my address). Lo and behold, no coverage! They had a guarantee when I bought the phone/service and had a return policy where I could return it the next day no problem. When I returned it the next day they did NOT want to honor that policy, were SUPER rude to me and told me to "never come back in their store" because I dared to return an item (I was polite to them the entire time, even when they didn't deserve it!). I was going to give them a 2nd chance around a year ago and wanted to ask some questions first about if they supported certain phones. The rep I spoke to was giving me so many red flags again and was so unnecessarily rude when all I was doing was asking the most basic questions any provider should answer! I took that as a sign their entire company culture is a cesspool of bad attitudes, so NEVER AGAIN!

Yeah I agree. They are liars. I've actually got recorded proof of them lying to me three different times and I intend to make their asses pay.. they have no respect for long-term customers. I have been with them for 10 years and I have been lied to over and over again.. And if they think they're going to get away with this, they've got another thing coming.... T-Mobile did something that trumped everyone: using the former Sprint frequencies to create a *TRUE* mid-band 3GPP NR 5G network. Right now, if you have a 5G phone running on the T-Mobile USA network, you can get as high as 900 megabits per second download speeds if you're close to the tower.

Seems like all carriers are getting hit hard in 2024 I forgot who predicted that all cellphone carriers will be hit hard in 2024 I seen a video here KZfaq I believe it was Joseph who made a prediction about Verizon & att the fall of both and i am seeing it i don't even know were to go anymore im with simple mobile they cancelled my account twice i had to buy a new phone twice with new phone number.

Yeah, it's getting really bad with all these companies. Not just wireless, but prepaid seems to be the safest bet now because the least amount of information these companies collect from you would be the best for safety at this point.
