We are so happy you enjoyed it! We love the Sunset Royal Resort and are anxiously awaiting our return trip. When we were there the resort recreation department had boogie boards to rent, but we aren’t sure about surf boards. Regarding the waves and current, this beach did not have lifeguards. So we could see the red flag but there is no one there to patrol the beach or stop anyone from entering the water even if it’s dangerous. The waves were super big when we were there so we never actually got in the water, but we were also traveling with an infant so that obviously played a part in that decision 😀. Their concierge department was really helpful during our stay so you can also contact the resort prior to your stay to see if they can provide any additional details. We hope this helps! We LOVE the food scene in Austin! It’s a top ranking American food city for us, perhaps slightly behind Charleston and NOLA. It’s really where we fell in love with the brisket taco-and this was the best we’ve ever had by far. And you are right about Rodney Scott’s! That place is legit good BBQ! We haven’t been to Lewis so I’m definitely adding it our list. This was our third trip to Austin and even with a week there were still so many places we couldn’t get to!

We are happy you enjoyed it! We filmed this a couple years ago and just returned to St. Augustine last December, and that’s when we realized both Fiction Donuts and Donut Experiment closed. We hate that because both were really great donut shops. I’m sorry your last experience at GAS was a poor one. We’ve only been this one time but really enjoyed it. If you have any recommendations we would love to hear. St. Augustine is one of our favorite Florida cities so we are always looking for new foods to try!

We are so happy this was helpful! We enjoy the tourist areas, too, but we do love to find some local spots, hidden gems, and mom & pop places on our trips. St. Augustine has so many restaurants to try so we hope you all eat well! It’s not shown in this video, but there is an amazing restaurant/bar called the Ice Plant that serves craft cocktails and scratch made foods. It’s in an actual old ice house converted into a speakeasy-type restaurant and it was very impressive. Have a great trip!

Oh, this video is a deep cut! We were brand new and trying to figure out what we were doing (actually, we still are!). But yes, Amicalola Falls is stunning. There is a hotel at the top that overlooks the valley and it’s actually affordable and nice. The entire north Georgia/ East Tennessee/ west NC area is so beautiful. Every time we visit we find a new town or waterfall that just blows us away

Hi! We went in mid June of last year. Overall the weather was perfect, with only 1 rainy day and it was warm and nice during the day. It was cold in the morning and night. We were told to expect all types of weather though so we were constantly prepared for weather changes from hot to cold and back again. Hope you have an amazing trip full of good weather!

Sure! We saw someone snorkel with these full face masks a few years back and they raved about them. So we just found them on Amazon and they really are amazing. @@micalebgoeswest same to you yeah eastern long island is filled with farms and wineries. Interestingly enough they have lots of duck farms and bison farms. Its worth doing a wine tour if you are in nyc. Spend some time in mattituck or southold! Its awesome.🤩

That’s a really good point about Hull’s lobster knowledge. When we first went we assumed it would just feature Florida seafood, but we were blown away at their offerings in the market and the restaurant menu. It’s become our go-to place in the Daytona area. Thanks so much for watching!

Hi! Yes, we did. We got the Super Pass that provided bus transport from downtown Banff to Lake Louise, and it included the connector shuttle to Moraine Lake and back. The buses were super clean and efficient so we were really happy with it. Wishing you happy adventures!

Fully agreed! Helen is a wonderful weekend stay, and there is so much to explore around that area of Georgia. For first timers we recommend staying in the small downtown area because it’s so walkable. There are a few options there including Country Inn & Suites, Baymont by Wyndham, Hampton Inn, and Alpine Village Inn to name a few. They also have Airbnb or VRBO rentals that are really well located and affordable. We hope that helps and you get to go!

Hi! There were generally bathrooms at the base for each of these hikes. We didn’t see too many restrooms once we started hiking. For the Teahouse and beehive hikes at Lake Louise there were bathrooms near the actual Teahouse but we didn’t see any past that point. Overall the restroom options became much smaller once the hikes started. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!
