We're about a 1.5 months out from our Carter build being done in Midlothian Bridgewater community. White brick on the corner lot. Go check it out. We did TONS of upgrades!!!

My Carter is 98% complete. Go check it out in the Bridgewater subdivision. Tons of upgrades. It's the white brick, black trim on the corner lot.

I was there yesterday also, I also filmed inside. That’s one of my favorite floorplans. I have a John Houston Home ( The Providence ) and they build really good quality homes. I want to upgrade to the Carter floorplan… my dream home for right now.

I was just there today also, just 2 houses down… but that house is nice, the 3 car garage is a good plus. John Houston Homes are usually impressive, but I wish all builders would come down on these inflated prices
