Nice customs, what was in the air gun when you were spraying the mesh tongues? I seen you mixed the 1:1 paint:too-soft with the paint brush, but was it just too-soft by itself in the gun?

It was the same 1:1 of paint and 2 soft. Mixed with a little bit of 2 thin to spray throughout the airbrush gun

Yes I made the mixture thin in the beginning of the video and yes heat set it between each coat to keep the suede soft.

Bro the shoe looks great. But you killed the treads holding the shoe together. I did the same thing on my first paint job and the shoe looks great but it started coming apart a few weeks into wearing them

@@Custom_Grind Not sure! I like loud designs that grab attention, but if it didn't need to be Chiefs colours... I might do the vamp and quarter in smurf blue. Purple or metallic gold on the swoosh and back tab. Then like a maize yellow on the midsole and purple or black outsole. Oh and I'd try and do contrast stitching all over hahaha. I dunno man, I miss the exciting designs that pushed the boundaries that Nike used to do. Stuff they did back in the 00s and early 10s. Nike isn't even trying anymore, so I gave up on the whole sneaker hobby. I had a dream of going to NYC Nike bespoke lab one day, but they shut the place down at the beginning of this year lol (I shouldn't have waited so long). Anyway, it's artists like you that keep me interested!
