@Paramedstore
@Paramedstore 7 күн бұрын
Caffeine actually raises blood pressure. But due to other substances in it, we wouldn't recommend drinking coffee when your blood pressure is critically low. This may cause your heart to beat faster. But if you feel normal, but have a tendency to have low blood pressure and react normally to coffee, then you can safely drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day if you want.

previously nothing used to happen if I skip meals but now my bp becomes low and pain in right side of head starts after using pc for a while or skipping meal. What is reason of pain in head. I started after I did a lot of pc gaming. Now I reduced screen time. Will I be able to become normal person again?
@Paramedstore
@Paramedstore 12 күн бұрын
Of course you will. But to say exactly what is causing the pain in the head, you need an examination. You can consult a doctor, and you can also gradually change your usual lifestyle, observing the body's reactions. Add healthy food to your diet and move more, at least.

People with orthostatic hypotension find this advice helpful. When, due to dilation of blood vessels in the legs, the blood does not rise well, so you need to be careful when leaving the bath at a minimum.

Advocados cannot stimulate an already congested immune system which is part of our metabolism. It all has to function properly working together in harmony. When your immune system is backed up it means your kidneys arent filtering. Which in turn is due to the Lymphatic System (our sewer system) being conjested because of the foods we eat. The body isnt filtering the toxins out so an advocado hasnt got the power to do anything except add to the problem. The only way back to good health is to detox and eat plenty of fruit and veg. No dairy, no protein , no meat or animal fats and its not easy to do, it takes alot of hard work if you really want to get well and see results

Will you get accurate reading if your I use you right wrist? I heard left recommended in the video. Can you compare left and right wrist readings? Thank you
@Paramedstore
@Paramedstore 28 күн бұрын
For this type of BP monitor, the left hand is most often recommended, yes. But we cannot tell you exactly how different the readings on your right hand will be from your left. It all depends on the health of the blood vessels and personal reaction. For an accurate answer, you need to measure your blood pressure with a sphygmomanometer on your left arm, then measure it with a wrist BP monitor on your left wrist, and then compare it with measurements on your right. If it is still not possible to measure blood pressure on your left arm, then measure it on your right. It's not that critical. But it is better to discuss this point with your doctor.

Yes, we understand what you mean. Perhaps the reason for this attitude towards hypotension is due to the large number of underlying causes of this condition and often they require different treatments. Therefore, it is important to understand each individual case and select the correct treatment.

Questions: I'm aiming to do 2 hours a day (running instead of taking transportation), will that improve my cholesterol or make it worse? Does sleep affect cholesterol? If so, is there any optimal amount of sleep you should be getting? Does intermittent fasting work?
@Paramedstore
@Paramedstore Ай бұрын
Incorporating regular exercise like running into your routine can have positive effects on cholesterol levels. It typically helps increase HDL (good cholesterol) and lower LDL (bad cholesterol) when combined with a healthy diet. However, individual responses can vary, so it's good to monitor your cholesterol levels over time. Sleep does indeed affect cholesterol metabolism. Lack of sleep or poor quality sleep can disrupt your metabolism and potentially lead to higher LDL cholesterol levels. Generally, aiming for 7-9 hours of good-quality sleep per night is recommended for overall health, including cholesterol management. Intermittent fasting has shown some promise in improving cholesterol levels for some people. It can help with weight loss and may positively influence lipid profiles, though results can vary. As with any dietary approach, consistency and individual adaptation are key factors in its effectiveness. If you're considering making changes to improve your cholesterol levels, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional who can provide personalized advice based on your specific health status and goals.

Cold air make my self sneeze and sneeze... I'm gonna save this if i sneeze sneeze again
@Paramedstore
@Paramedstore Ай бұрын
The trigeminal nerve can respond to temperature, so cold air on the face can trigger the sneeze reflex. If sneezing when inhaling cold air becomes a frequent or bothersome issue for you, it may be a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions or allergies that could be contributing to this reaction.

Why it give two different readings when we take two readings at same time
@Paramedstore
@Paramedstore Ай бұрын
Depends on use. Did you remove the cuff between measurements? It is recommended to remove it for a couple of minutes between measurements and during this time wait without sudden movements or active conversations. A difference of 3-4 mm Hg is considered normal. If you have any questions, please contact our support managers by email - [email protected]

We are very sorry that you went through this. The causes of hypotension can be very different. Most often, low blood pressure is a symptom of another condition or disease. It is very difficult to say why your blood pressure is not rising. Perhaps you just need rest, or perhaps treatment. The doctor will be able to tell you this for sure after the examination.
