Wow! I was playing a game with Russian voice acting, and I must say that while watching this video, I had the feeling that these were the same actors, but speaking Polish. The Russian voiceover is made very close to the original, unlike the English one, which sounds goofy.

I think most of the voice acting is superior, but Geralt's voice acting in english is iconic. It's actually so good that every previous iteration of Geralt sounds like english Geralt now for me. No shade on the people that prefer this one though, it's probably more in line with the book's take.

Dla mnie w angielskiej wersji problemem jest to że czasami głos nie pasuje do postaci, emocje są źle oddane lub dialog nie pasuje, poza tym moim zdaniem język polski ma w pewnych kwestiach trochę większy zasób słów i szczerze to wolę jak w polskiej wersji ktoś przeklnie, poprostu jakoś lepiej to brzmi "Radowid to stara kurwa" xD

Playing Witcher with English voice acting is like watching anime with dub

It helps with immersion imo. I played Metro series with russian voice acting for the same reason.

this is why playing witcher 3, or any witcher game for that matter, without polish voice overs should be considered a crime. only in the polish dub does yennefer call ciri her daughter.

I mean... original dubbing with your native subtitles is allways best. If the game is Polish, play it with Polish voice, if the show is American, watch it in American English, if it's anime, watch it in Japanese.

I once tried playing Witcher I in english and it's ⅔ of a fun, quickly returned to polish.

Then you should listen Russian. It's godlike. Russian voiceacting is somehow legendary for voiceovers, be it games or movies.

Maybe it's just me, but very few of the voice actors in polish seem to match their respective characters. Dijkstra and Elihal are tied for worst offenders. Nothing against the quality of the voice actors themselves.

Great game, but by some reason the Dub in Portuguese-Brazil (PT-BR) is poorly made, the emotions in some scenes are not suitable, looks like the director didnt selected the right phrase to the scene or maybe the actors that didnt know what the scene talk about :(

The worst part in English version is the actor trying to be a Batman, sounds so cringey...
