its more affordable for us to stay home, make meal preps and avoid daycare as well as homeschool. we avoid using too much gas, paying for day care and eating out only a few times a month. as well as not having to buy school clothes and supplies in excess. also one staying home ensures a more stable and safe environment for our kids. it works out. we also spend less since we are plant based and not buying meat which can be pricey.

The book Toxic Superfoods has changed my life. Look up Sally Norton. We have been so ... misinformed. Foods and supplements high in oxalates are behind digestive, bladder, joint and mood problems. Almonds and spinach are not the Superfoods they and others are highly toxic to our body. Must read.
