everyone is not as rich to do cadet pilot program, go to abroad and live lavishly, some has to try to manage their food, accomodation on their own and study, training parallelly to decrease the burden of funds on their parents.

Just a small correction one needs 1500 hrs within 5 years from the date one has cleared the written exam not from the date you clear your viva kudos helpful video nonetheless

If you do pilot training abroad and get your CPL is it necessary that you convert it to an Indian CPL? I mean you can just apply for jobs abroad itself right. For example, an international airline.

Depends on the flight. If it's a turn around flight then yes. If it's a layover flight then no. Turn around or layover depends on several factors such as duration of flights, number of operating crew, collective agreement with union, cost and etc....
