I'm looking for a Paxton supercharger kit for my 5.0. How many pounds of boost are you running on this. And did you/are you using a FMU for fueling?

I’m not sure…I only owned the truck a short time…I have a Dyno video and a 1/8 mile run at the drag strip video… I never really thought it had enough boost I sent it to a speed shop for a smaller pulley he couldn’t locate one. I sold it shortly after that.

@@TheSlowride81 if its the same motor its advertised as 563/545. your dyno shows 580/572. just wondering if its the same motor and if it is why your power is higher than what they say. was that flywheel or wheel?

I’m not sure exactly why it’s different..lots of variables come into play when they Dyno a engine at their facility…I think they probably state a lower hp rating when selling so the customer doesn’t get upset if it’s lower than advertised….GREAT engine I’ll never build another I’ll always buy their crate motor.

Nice S10 looks and sounds great, how has the blueprint 454 done , has it been reliable, no leaks , did you feel you got your moneys worth, i am thinking about buying one of there motors, the 400 looks really good for 6100 but a person only lives once and the 454 with the 4.250 bore is starting to look pretty nice. Also how many miles have you put on the 454. . great vid keep on doing it i really enjoy them. Randy

After having had several motors built for the projects I’ve had buying the Blueprint engine was the best decision I’ve made. No issues at all. It has about 2000 street miles and countless 1/8 miles passes.

Hey thanks for replying , i bought the blueprint 427 early this morning summit had like 5 in stock, i looked at the 454 version but the slim gap between pistons gave me the shakes . lol I am gla d to hear yours is working out good i have hearda lot of good things about blueprint and you have too respect the fact they stand behind what they sell most builders throw your number away after you load it up.
