I know, right??!! When I started trying to pop it, I figured it would be done that first time. But, no, that stupid ball wouldn't pop :-} I kept trying, and by the time I was finished, I had a whole ridiculous 'mini-series' with that worn-out old ball. I have one more vid to post, and I do end up taking decisive action to get all that air outta that stoopid BALL :-} :-} :-}

This one had a thick fabric cover under the outer rubber. Inside is a black rubber "inner tube" that, if poked, would pop the ball. Turns out, I had a mess of trouble ripping the fabric cover. Even once this ripped a li'l bit, the tube STILL didn't want to give up :-}

That bike is in my backyard right now (March 8, 24) with the front tire down but the rear tire still pumped up. How should I pop it? Same way? Some other way?

HaHa! That was my plan, anyway :-} I think I accomplished the objective. Thing is, the crank bearings were ruined on one side when I got it--probably this was why it was junked. When I popped the tires, I put the blunt, jaw side of the pruners against the rubber and the blade against the rim. I was hoping for dramatic blowouts as the tire crushed down against a rim that was deforming because of the blade, but I ended up with rims which took more damage than the tires :-} The front rim is warped up and crunched in; the rear one was cut in two at the pressure point. So yeah, now the crank is busted AND the tires are popped AND the rims are totally destroyed. All that, and the upholstery on the seat was missing when I got it. Right now, the tires and tubes are up on ebay--search for the listing with this listing title: "Popped Set of 16" Knobby Kids Bike Tires Destroyed/Not Usable Collectible" or Item Number: 166379597289.

I love watching BMX tires pop, especially on hard impacts or slow leaks. Maybe you should try filming a flat tire death gap challenge like Scotty Cranmer and others. What pressure do you usually run?@poochy1153

Ha! I used to :-} I still ride, but just regular riding these days--nothing fancy :-}

@@Popped_Wheelie-mr2qe You should do a flat tire death gap challenge, especially with a 16" tube in a 20" tire.

@@1912RamblerFan01 That's a REAL good idea! I definitely like stretching little tubes into BMX tires and riding them HARD :-} I'm VERY interested in your suggestion. I've seen those "death gap" videos, enjoy seeing it happen.
