You may want to check your subdivision maps. Any subdivision will have an easement for a roads. Usually 30 to 60ft easement. Which means the marker will be in the middle of the road. 15 to 30 ft of what you think is your property, which is it , but is usually an easement for the road.

Learned something :) we Americans are doing off grid wrong. Comparative Efficiency: Direct 120-volt system: Higher current means higher resistive losses over the same distance of wiring. 240-volt system with step-down transformer: Lower current means significantly lower resistive losses, and the step-down transformer loss is minimal compared to the savings from reduced resistive losses in the wiring. Practical Implications Reduced Wire Gauge Requirements: Lower current at higher voltage allows for thinner, less expensive wiring while still maintaining efficiency. Overall System Efficiency: Even with the small loss introduced by the transformer, the overall efficiency gain from reduced resistive losses outweighs this, resulting in a more efficient power delivery system. Summary A 240-volt 3 kVA system, even when using a step-down transformer to 120 volts, is generally more efficient than a direct 120-volt 3 kVA system. The reduced current at the higher voltage minimizes resistive losses in the wiring, and the efficiency loss from the transformer is typically very low, leading to an overall more efficient system.

Did you flip the door after installing the locking bolt because it was behind the Vevor logo at first but later when installed it was on the other side. update: I just realized the manufacturer put the hole on the wrong side so now the upper door for us is useless

Thanks so much for this. I am setting this up with my dad and also reviewing this. Do you suggest I lay the chicken wire longitudinal ( not facing door) vs lateral (facing door)?

Have a look at the width of the wire and see how it fits better. I should have run mine opposite of how I did. But it worked anyway.

Riveting, thanks for sharing! Anybody seeing these, please buy or rent a telescope! I read that you can join the Houston Astronomical Society. They let you borrow telescopes but it would be good to get something that can take footage too.

My wife and I purchased a used DC Solar Trailer that has to 48v GNB Industrial Power Forklift Batteries that were severely neglected. Two cells will have to be cut out and removed and replaced with newer cells. I would like to see how you used solar panels to recover your forklift batteries. We had not anticipated having o purchase (2) forklift batteries when we purchased the trailer. We are living off grid in our RV trying to develop our property in Northern Nevada. I would like to learn and I need better guidance than the "industry" has to offer. Thank you for posting your videos.

Thanks for sharing this. Most videos seem to talk about prevention, etc., but that section where you showed the tick reaching out, was a real eye-opener for me. As for the soapy water, the detergent reduces the surface tension on the water, allowing it to adhere to the tick and block its respiratory system, essentially suffocating the tick. Nice job on the video.

A highly educational video has brought to my attention the significant size of ticks, which I had previously assumed to be much smaller. Despite my frequent camping excursions, I have yet to encounter one personally. However, recent information regarding the diseases they carry has raised concerns for me.

On my hillside I have a natural flat surface like platform above my driveway. Neighbors trying to sell their house advertised to prospective buyers my platform as a possible extra place to park large RVs The pins (done by their parents surveyor) support my claim to ownership of the platform, so just to make it clear I put orange dots of marking stray paint at the root base of the trees to signify that is the property line. SO NO RV's NEXT TO MY HOUSE!

EVERYTHING IS OK WITH TROY .HE HAS BEEN BUSY MAKING REVIEWS OF BAMBOO TRANNY UNDERWEAR ON VINE . OF COURSE HE WAS OBLIGATED TO DO THESE BECAUSE HE RECIEVED THEM FREE OF CHARGE

Never heard of "Vine" or "bamboo underwear" but my opinion is that ALL product "reviews" on social media are unethical and should be banned. KZfaq is infested with these "product reviews" on thousands of channels. Which are nothing more than product commercials pawned off as videos. But of course, the trolls focus only on Troy.

I’ve seen something similar in the mountains the other night. It too was reacting to planes but never disappeared or blinked however moved so fast, not in a pattern yet it stayed in a certain vicinity in the sky. It was left side of Draco eyes the star consolation. It would always go back to the same spot after moving around. The way it was moving was like a person using a laser pointer to play with a cat and it would be like you’re the cat. It felt like it knew I was watching. And it was a deeper color/brighter than all the other stars.
