Creating consistent characters (CC) using GenAI is NOT possible. Think about it. The whole idea with GenAI images is to create unique images. If the tools left behind breadcrumbs for us to pick up in order to create CC the whole idea about GenAI would be compromised. Let’s say I create a unqiue awesome character. Then I give the formula to someone else. That person then creates other images of the EXACT same character, just in different postures and environments. For some stupid reason we part ways. And now for the legal battle! Who owns the character and formulas?? This very quickly gets out of hand. Moreover, you never see a lot of ‘consistent characters’ over, say, 20-30 different images and not even the environment/background. They always appear without other persons present. Once and for all: CC is NOT possible. There will always be easy to spot subtle differences and at some point it will be pointed out. Tools like Midjourney and Leonardo AI claiming they can do CC are on the wrong track.

Checking it out now. Initial impressions-- it's better at 2 second animations than 4 second ones. It needs an upscaler, videos are at 1280. Pretty consistent backgrounds so far. Animates characters in different ways than I've seen before. Initial test-- it made a female human move in a feminine way, it seemed to understand her gender. First impressions are pretty good, I will keep giving it things to do to see what happens and comparing the results with Decohere (the clearest I know of) and PixVerse. Pika also to some extent, but I really only use Pika for lip sync right now.

How do you correct the images that come out. It is not following my prompt. I asked for a red shirt and it giving me different colors and it s not getting the hairstyle quite right. Also, How do you choose the style you want?
