Putting a buttoned shirt over your head with inflammation, pain and swelling in the elbows and or shoulder would be excruciating and would get stuck. I don't recommend this.

When getting a COVID vaccine, my rheumatologist said research advised stopping methotrexate for one week. I would love to hear a rheumatologist talk about lifestyle and physical activity- how diet and exercise could influence RA.

Im grateful for this meditation, it has helped me get through my migraine and now I’m sleeping through the night. I love the concept of listening to my body and letting the pain take over because it helps with the pain, it also makes me feel like I’m treating my body with love and respect.

Thank you for this video, it’s really useful. Just briefly trying out all these exercises while watching and I can feel some relief. My shoulder feels slightly freer and more mobile. I’m feeling much more positive knowing I can do something to help myself, so thank you, I really appreciate it

I had a total knee replacement 5 yrs ago which led to severe neuropathic red hot burning pain in my knee. I found that a lidocaine patch or knee support takes the pain away. I have oa in various parts of my body and need another knee replacement in the other knee and I am so worried it will make my fibromyalgia worse which started approximately 2 yrs ago . I am 69 female. Any advise would help there is no family history. Thank you
