Dear Bernadette, I was enchanted by your velvety way of teaching, with an angelic calm voice, decorated with a wonderful smile. You explain wonderfully and show a simple way of playing. You have a truly enormous, unique gift for this. It makes me want to listen to you, watch you and play with you. I have been playing the guitar as an amateur for couple of years. I have always liked the song Hotel California by The Eagles and it put me in a good mood and somehow I never get bored. I used to play it in a different way, but in this lesson of yours I played it with you with these simple chords and it sounds pure and beautiful. I am writing to you from a country on the Vistula River in Europe called Poland. Do not stop in your efforts to teach playing the guitar. You bring peace and harmony to the viewers. Of course I have subscribed to your channel. With my best regards.

Great video. Low G is much better. I already have a soprano high G. But I am now gonna buy a Tenor low G.

i was doing a mistake due to which how much i was following you, i didnt sound like your rhythm. Then after watching your hand more many times, i realized that after the last Up stroke, i was giving a break before i hit the Down stoke for the start of next cycle

My thumb is too used to rest near my 5th guitar string so I can mute it when I want, that's going to be hard to unlearn lmao, also my forarm gets hella uncomfortable but guess Ill get used to it

Hi Bernadette, thank you for that amzing lesson. I have recently started a school for K-6th graders. I would love to add the Ukelele to our music time. We only meet once per week and would appreciate any guidance on a plan you would recommend.
