Per ottenere la risoluzione 2K devi inserire la risoluzione dello tuo schermo SC4GraphicsOptions. Per quanto riguarda la UI non esiste un upscaling in base alla risoluzione e quindi bisogna creare da zero una mod che permette di creare una UI che supporta 2K

If the download is failing from multiple sources then logically something is wrong with your setup. Perhaps a browser/other security setting is blocking it? Easiest solution, try using a different browser to download it.

No. SC4 can be modified as long as it does not create and publish modified EXEs, which in this case would be a violation of EULA. Mods and custom content that works on top of the base game doesn't create a modified .exe / executable file and the game itself was designed from the start to accept mods and custom content

Faccio una unica risposta. Per prima cosa Jonica è una regione basta molto allo stile Americano (Urbanistica e concentrazione della flora) con la fusione degli elementi mediterranei. Per questo che non uso caselli autostradali e svincoli a tromba (Anche se in alcune situazioni li uso). Inoltre la questione delle centrali idroelettriche è un discorso particolare in quanto richiede la presenza di montagne e colline. Questa cosa è stata affrontata nei video dedicati alla costruzione della città di Frisco. Per quanto riguarda il capoluogo è stato già costruito uno (Sarasota) e se osservi nei ultimi live streaming sto affrontando la costruzione di un altro capoluogo.

Yes. There is already a button to rotate the pieces. You can do a search on Simtropolis where there is the information about the buttons you can press (Windows or Mac). To get the additional roads you have to use the Network Addon Mod (Full Controller) which adds new transport content and bugfixes in the traffic simulator side
