It's how damn unstable it is that makes it bad, I see countless posts about worlds being corrupted, items lost, crashes, and other massive bugs on bedrock. Barely any for java edition, or the legacy console editions. I don't wanna live in fear of my world being forever corrupted for no reason.

what a throw back. I grew up with older siblings and my brother got the game way back when it was in beta. The old glass texture, the "nightmares" you'd have sometimes with mobs spawning in your house while you sleep. The weird screen overlay when you are underwater. So nostalgic.

Something my brother is dealing with in his old minecraft world is dealing with the ambiance in caves. I have told him he can turn it off and he says he'll do it but, he's not gonna.

7 months. And it was on my friends world. Which we played a lot, we don’t play it anymore but we started a second one. It kinda sucks though, and in the first one I died in lava but wasn’t that worried about it because it wasn’t thick lava. And then one of my friends destroyed my gravestone(mod) and it shot all my loot everywhere. Only my sword 1 of my pickaxes and my netherite chest plate survived

saying the gameplay mechanics felt like they were developed independantly of each other is actually wild considering how much sense it makes to combine different actions like icebombing + bloodpunch, grenade faulters + bloodpunch etc..

Hey, doubt you remember me but I was a really old subscriber back when you did Doom content. I ended up burning out of Doom during my UN attempts before you and that kind of genre of "Doom funny man" youtuber kinda fell out of popularity so I ended up missing your channel transitions. Ended up seeing your stuff again in my recommended cause I was watching some Minecraft stuff and was genuinely surprised to see such a massive shift in style from when I used to watch you. It's really nice that you found your footing again and it's a shame about the whole transition with commentary stuff. That tends to happen a lot with a lot of youtubers who get blow up success because of one singular thing but then the trend dies. Also the part about college resonates a lot with me cause I also went through the same a couple years ago and am only really just now truly getting a future set up. Probably feels weird coming from a random KZfaq commenter but life is confusing and it's pretty normal to feel lost, but don't feel like you gotta stress yourself to find what you love to do. Some people are in their 40s and still looking. As long as you got a stable life and/or safety net, don't be afraid to take things slow and let the KZfaq algorithm decide the content you wanna make. Anyways this probably comes off as rambly as I had no clue what to really type when I made this comment and rarely comment on vids in the first place. In a vague attempt at a conclusion, just bee urself. I'll probably watch more of your Minecraft stuff though as it's kinda neat to see people have crazy long running worlds filled with builds.
