Incredibly impressive that whole thing took about 35 seconds! So quick and efficient. Here where I live the garbage truck constantly hunk its horn in the morning to wake people up so that they will take their trash out, but good thing people are getting more responsible and taking their trash out the night before it comes

Adjust the carburetor, use google for proper adjustments if needed, and put a proper chain on it, it’s not the greatest idea to rev a saw without a chain.

It’s the carburetor it revs hired. I can’t adjust it right. This saw is pretty confusing for me.

Welcome to the Stihl MS170 quality! I bought mine brand new and it wouldn't run from the beginning. I took it back to the dealer, they changed the plug and said the plug wasn't covered under warranty. Charged me $26 to work on my brand new saw. Got it home and it was doing the exact same thing. It wouldn't rev, bogged and it took a good 20+ pulls to get it started. I replaced the carburetor with one from the Jungle site and it's been doing fine ever since. Mine had some pieces of silicone sealer floating around inside it. Yours probably does too.

We just never had time to work on it. It had two flat tires. No battery and no carburetor. It’s just sad in our garage.
