I hope you got something out of that video. Every home buyer should get a home inspection. No home in perfect but of course, just walking through a house will never tell you the true condition of the home. Do you know anyone that has NOT gotten a home inspectoin and regretted it later? I live in Chattanooga, it's a safe tourist town. Crime is in every city, unfortunately people are victims to it anywhere you go.. It's beautiful here, and we have 2 aquariums, saltwater and fresh. Beautiful lakes, Great food, and parks. Would live in Chattanooga before any other City in Tennessee. Yes, I lived in Knoxville for 10 yrs, and the only thing I liked, was it was close to Gatlinburg. However Knxoville would be my 2nd choice, then Nashville and Never Memphis! That's where the crime truly is.

Did you know that the color of paint used in and around a house will add thousands of dollars in perceived value? What colors do you prefer? Comment below. Also, sorry for the shirt and green screen issies. I didn't think about what shirt I had on. I'm slipping. Last Week's Video Here: ✅ kzfaq.info/get/bejne/a7hhidteypaRf5s.html Need an agent? Bringing your wallet to Jonesborough is a must because they have radar and cameras on every traffic light and their local police are always pulling people over left and right for any violation they can to get your money. They are like Road Pirates.

Grew up less than a mile from Tellico Village when it was first being built..It has a DARK past by the way the land was acquired from the people that lived on it..The people that owned the land had no choice but to take a very low ball offer or be thrown off the land and worse...

I bought a home from 1950. The home is sturdy. There’s a few things I’d like to change but almost everything is updated. My parents house was built in 2003 is already falling apart.

I won't deny that there are homes built considered "New Construction" that are not quality. And I also admit that I've sold 100's of old homes that are in great condition. As long as you know what you're looking for you can avoid most pitfalls.

Do you own a home like one I described? I have a friend who buys, renovates, and rents manufactured homes. So as I said in the video, there are exceptions. I know people that love old houses but they also like renovating them as live-in projects. I know real estate investors that do quality work. But again, for the average person, they are not a good investment. What are your thoughts? Comment below. Last Week's Video Here: ✅ kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ntOEfNp9u7C-dpc.html

Loved this and most of these laws especially the squatter and AI bills. Did the bills actually pass all the way thru? I’m guessing yes. I hope all the states follow with squatter law changes.

I’m still in Oregon, but still partly fantasize about moving to East Tennessee. I think I’d hit you up if I decide on Knoxville. I keep thinking it’s too late to buy a home, but I said that a year ago and prices still keep rising. I’m still cautious until we get this present administration out of the White House, personal view. 😅.

We left Oregon three years ago. We got our home just in time and everything went crazy after that. If we had known how much this area was going to grow we would not have moved here. When I first moved here it took us 20 minutes to get to Knoxville but now it’s 40 to 45. The house across the street just went for 250k more than it would have three years ago. Good luck!
