I can only speak on the 302 because that’s what’s in my truck but check the back tailgates weather stripping because if it goes bad the tailgate will rust out. As far as the engine goes I haven’t had any issues and pretty much all the accessories are original 30 year old stuff. Just check for rust. 👍🏻

Pretty rare - A cloth, slicktop car just like mine! Mine is a green 1991 in the same spec. Shame to see the damage that happened, but looking forward to your restoration! One thing to note is that your wheels are on backwards. Your right wheels are on the left side and your left wheels are on the right side. There is a marking inside one of the spokes and on the inside of the rim behind the center cap (except for the spare) that denotes "L" or "R". The spokes direct air to increase brake cooling. Because there is no "R" on the rim on your front left, that's the spare rim from the trunk. But, it should say "R" inside one of the spokes.

I need a tip on doing donuts I have 530 e39 do start in first then shift to second (my donuts becomes wocky,but if I don't shift I ran out of gear n red line too muc) or drop the clutch in second gear, or maybe I jus suck at shifting a manual,I started driving 2days ago.
