Decrease in Conversion, when listings increased. Hypothesis 1: On increase in listings there should be an increase in average scroll depth per user, if so then there may be listings with <2 ratings listed in a random order on listing page which resist users to book. Hypothesis 2: we will check mom user growth and repeated users visit, it may be a case where mom% decreased and only repeated users who prefer to opt same property which they opted before.

Low net earnings due to low per km/minute rates and high Uber commissions cause dissatisfaction, leading to high driver churn rates. Proposed Solutions along with metrics to measure its success: (If this hypothesis is significant) Solution 1: Reevaluate Fare Structure • Introduce Surge Pricing in More Areas: Broaden surge pricing to compensate drivers better during peak times. (Metric: Compare average earnings during surge and non-surge periods.) • Increase Per Km/Minute Rates: Adjust rates to increase earnings per kilometer and minute. (Metric: Average earnings per hour.) Solution 2: Adjust Uber’s Commission • Introduce Commission Tiers: Implement tiered commission rates for long-term or high-performing drivers to reward loyalty and performance. (Metrics: Retention rate, driver churn rate.)
