No, can't use regular salt. Sea salt (uniodised) is best.

there's a remedy which i tried and that actually worked as a miracle and my bumps gone in just 2-3 uses...Take one disprine tablet in a clean plate or anything then put 3-4 drop of water so that it dissolves the tablet then add 1-2 small drops of dettol liquid (make sure do not add more amount of dettol liquid coz it may give you a burning sensation) and then mix all ingredients well and apply it with the help of ear bud..make sure you apply this at night and leave it overnight..Must try this to get rid of bumps..inshaAllah you'll get the best result 😊

I see that it's been one year. Use a good antiseptic cream after consulting a doctor. I think the part is infected with bacteria .its better to treat this condition medically at this point rather than go for homemade remedies

Soak a cotton in Salt water and clean the skin around the nose pin using the soaked cotton. Do this twice daily. It might be little painful in the beginning. But the bumps will vanish within two three days

Eaither use their shampoo bar(rosemary lavender) or if you want a shampoo go with indhulekha bringa hair clenser. Both work well for hsirfall and dandruff
