So the white plastic rod that slides up and down and locks the ahifter in place . It moves but very hard wouldnt lock in and couldnt get key out. Now trying to fix what exactly needs done to get my shifter button to work again

I got a 07 Hyundai Sonata from them years ago. It had 80k on odometer and was priced roughly $13k. After I paid it off and I paid it off somewhat early when it was all said and done, it came out to be roughly $19k over a 4 year period. You need full coverage insurance and can't miss any payments. Otherwise, they will repo the car even for one missed payment or if you lose your insurance. They are strict on their policy. It was a good idea at the time, but it's a big financial burden. I paid $180ish a week/$360ish a month for a car that was roughly worth $5k at the time. My car had 170k on the odometer when I got rid of it. I can't complain as it helped me to and from work. They have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty that doesn't last as long as the payment plan. So if you breakdown or have mechanical failures after that your SOL. It may seem like a good deal, but for what its worth I wouldn't recommend them unless you legitimately have no other options.

First off thanks for the video I personally did my grille thanks to you and your G6 looks amazing I like it but (me being a car person) in my opinion 2 door and remove license plate holder in the front no offense like I said I like it

My advice is DO NOT remove the light assembly to change the bulbs. The access panel is there so that removal is not necessary. The Kia Forte is known to have issues with water leaking into the assembly, causing the brake light bulb to blow prematurely. Evidence of this is often seen as overheating marks on the connector. Removing the tail light assembly increases the chance of not having a proper seal between the assembly and the body panel. If there is no evidence of a leak, why take the chance? Of course, if you are constantly replacing bulbs you should look for evidence of overheating. If you have burn marks then you probably have a leak and SHOULD remove the assembly to seal the leak. I have even seen leaks after the dealer replaced the gasket between the assembly and the body. Again, if you don't have a leak all you have to do is unscrew the bulb and replace it big hands or not.
