so if the tractor is tacking left all the time its cuz the steering clutch friction discs are worn ?

We own a lot of these machines.(German landscaping company) Depending on what kind of filter you buy you HAVE TO LUBE THEM after cleaning them out! If not they loose sealing and you get dirt inside. We had that happen so many times because people forget about it😒 it sucks because these engines get rare because of covid etc and you need to wait ~3 months for a new one ! Greetings from germany

Any chance you might do a video for a TURBO engine? I'm told the amount of overlap changes, and/or the timing of the opening/closing of the intake/exhaust valves, to help keep the compressed inlet charge at a higher pressure.

I don't get it. I have a k24z7. How do I find the stock degree where my overlaps are stock and where do I want them with VTC.

Hey any chance youll end up working on that engine again sometime soon? I’m working on one right now and it’s hard to find any videos of them or even manuals that aren’t German. Any content on this engine would be great help for me right now.

When does valve overlap occur?
@KaLeB_10 ай бұрын
it is when both in and ex valves are open at the same time 25+15=40 degrees of overlap (when he called stroke...)

Hi. You don’t tell about the bore’s condition. My motor have zero scratches but have a section inside the bores that is larger. I wonder if normal or not. Maybe the seals slipway. All pistons the same. The motor has abnormal low power especially after using it (pistons get hot maybe). Do you know if bores should always be 100% cylindrical ?

whats the pipe near the decompression valve? ill buy a second hand engine but everthing is burned outside the engine, all the fuel hoses are mostely burned off
@4u2cJoeD Жыл бұрын
you unit was over heated, the air filter was also plugged because the ground was to dry to compact. no dust gives compaction. over heats.

I never seen a 350c with a Decelator. The pedal on the left should be an inching clutch.

This is a great overall explanation, and the only concrete way to find maximum efficiency (per all the variables) of a particular engine is to experiment with different timing events. Swirl, quench, air velocity, turbulence etc etc etc affect every engine differently. We can install a cam with a general spec that is in the range of maximum efficiency, but the only way to be ideal is to adjust timing events. Fuel and timing often also require adjustment going from a Dyno to in the vehicle.

I’ve got a 450 crawler (not sure of model letter) that looks a bit older than the one you’re showing. Do you know if the older models didn’t have a decelerator pedal or is mine just missing? To give you an idea, I don’t have the 4 speed trans like the one you showed. My forward and reverse selector are behind the steering levers between the legs. On the left side “arm rest” is another selector for forward and reverse however both of my selectors are just straight forward and back. I’ve got reverse, neutral, low and high on the floor selector but have no idea what the left selector is for. Could you give me any advice? I wish I could show you some pics. Any advice would be greatly appreciated my friend. Thanks for the video!

Dont let this distract you from the fact that Gru is the most powerful being in the universe and here's why: Gru is 4 minions tall, which means he is a godly size of 14 feet tall. Furthermore if any of you remember the original Despicable Me, you know there is a scene when Vector kidnaps the three girls and shoots a series of heat-seeking missiles at Gru, he then dodges them all. According to the speed of an average ballistic missile (1900 mph) and the size of the missile according to his ankle size, Gru can perceive and move at such a speed that the missiles only move 9.5 miles per hour, 0.5% of their original speed. After this Gru punches a shark and it is paralyzed meaning its spine is probably shattered, to remind you it would require a force greater than 3,000 newtons to fracture the spine. That’s equal to the impact created by a 500-pound car crashing into a wall at 30 miles per hour. I rest my case.
