Very pleasant music and immersive scenes of the Ferry Building, especially on the large TV screen-it felt like I was really there.

Great video. I've never been there before. And I want to go comic hunting for marvel silver age comics. Do they have good deals for mild and major key issues? I heard they have 50 cent/$1 bins which are cool. But they might not be in the best condition and don't have bags and boards. I hope I could find some good ones of those too.

Some fifty years ago my elementary school class had a field trip to this park. When I discovered the statues (starting with the whale) I made it my mission to climb to the top of each one. Most were pretty easy, but the two headed dragon and the octopus were much more challenging. Despite a late start, being short and overweight, and three boys lobbing snails at other kids at the final statue, I managed to get to the top of that octopus just a few minutes before the bus was due back. It was like I had scaled Mt Everest, I was so proud of myself. 😊 A bit disappointed they painted them though. I rather liked the plain concrete scheme.

I always appreciate hard work successfully completed. I asl chuckled as the couple on electric bikes past you twice. That must be a bit disheartening. . .Finally, the end was a bummer as I was looking forward to you riding down hill back. . .should have filmed that! Thanks for the vid.

It really is beautiful up there. The lake looks exactly the same as it did back when we camped there in 1986, also visited in the early 2000's. Then again in 2007. It has always looked low every time we went up there. We joked it was more like a swampy bath tub and not a lake. I am actually hoping to go back up today. That is how I stumbled upon your video. Thanks.

It is still a lake. Yet they have built houses in the lakebed. People never learn, back in 1997 it was pretty full, El Nino year just like this year!

Super Video!!! ❤ I used to fish Lake Perris in the early 1990’s, very sad to see it in this condition! 😢I used to catch Big Kentucky Spotted Bass off of Big Boulders around the island in the winter months using Mann’s 30+ crankbaits…… Ahhh the good ole days! I built my own bass boat from a John boat hull and the park ranger there offered to buy it as he loved all the customized features I built around me for max fishibility, and maybe because I had a livewell filled with Lunker Bass! 🎉

I was there on jan19 2023 and it was full. East fork is under water and water goes back beyond the bridge Looked like the water level on the video full. Were good plenty of water. And the spreading grounds down river are full and flooded all the way down to Downey. Drought dead weather goes in cycles i have see droughts like this before in the San Gabriel mountians and the river and it looks worse the way the media reports it. It's all media hype.
