Its absolutely sickening. Ive been labeled as a drug seeker as well. I have a bunch of very painful diseases. One of which is a brain tumor disease, super rare. A lot of drs have heard of it but never seen it or treated it. 1 in a million people get it. I almost died from it. It took two years to diagnose me. The er totally has pissed my whole family off. I was in the hospital three weeks one of the times. The er staff should have been sued. The rest of the staff at the hospital was fantastic. Our country is so caught up in punishing anyone with pain its ridiculous. Ive had well over 200 surgeries, ive lost count. I have had two major brain surgeries in the last three years, adrenal insufficiency, non alcoholic cirrhosis, diabetes, plus many other diseases. My drs in Portland at ohsu, the university hospital get so pissed off at these drs down here. Good luck to everyone. I know the hospitals there seem wonderful, the staff seem to be. Ive seen some new documentaries on the insane amount of time people are staying in the er waiting for a room. Its a world wide problem.

Why can't the COPD patient, who is only in his 50's, have a lung transplant? That's what would be done for him here in the US.

Check out what laundry soap that she uses, as that's what happened to me. I can only use Tide laundry soap. If I used anything else I gets so itchy. I hope you have a great day 🙂⚘️.

I began my career as a nurse in the intensive care unit, and later cathlab. I've never learned how to leave my job separate from my personal life. If a patient crashed, I would rewind my entire shift minute by minute, frame by frame, timeline by timeline trying to recall all of the events in an attempt to recall if I had missed anything along the way. One of my faults was putting the blame on myself. However, I've learned that at some point you have to learn to let go. The most difficult part of my job was seeing a single parent pass away. The thoughts would race in my head of who would take the custody of their kids? Although I've never got to follow through and know what happened to a deceased person's kids, I can't imagine how hard it would be to as a child to grow up without a parent or a close relative.

Here in US the staff wouldn't even come out to get the patient. I was sepsis my husband went in asked them help him, they told him i wasn't a danger to myself or anyone else so they could not help him because i told him i didnt want to go in. Mind you, i was out of my mind. No clue wgo he was or even who i was. Needless to say he finally talked me into going in ER after 3 hours in the parking lot. This part makes me sick to my stomach. They cheered for him when he brought me in, the doctors basically told him they was hoping he wouldn't leave with me because another 12 hours i probably would have died because i was sepsis.

In USA they would even see you for seizure activity if your diagnosed with them. My daughter has disorder she had one coming off the bus fell busted her face up. I knew didn't need stitches but was worried because she hit her head. The ER told me very rudely well wasn't over 6 minutes and only has superficial cuts why bring her in and sent us home.

Always admire these AE teams…😍 Question to the non front line behind the scenes folk… what happened to all these massive covid hospitals built and kitted out with 1000 beds and didn’t get used ..? Should these be utilised for AE occurrence’s..? 🤔
