This is just a poorly ripped off version of the man in the box, done by kids who give zero credit.

Some of the camera work was fine. But the rest? Where are they? Who are they? Why do they talk so artificially? And why on Earth doesn’t he protect the girl?? And if he does choose to flee, why doesn’t he, well, run? A lot of work to be done there, all the way from the writing to the post-production.

After binging through all the most popular short horror films on youtube, i have found out that they're not particularly scary or fear inducing. Its probably too short to have the same lasting impact a longer film might but you can at least fit some jump scares in there. Maybe I don't spook too easily idk. They have all been really well made though

this! this was actually good. the dialogue and the dichotomy between the characters was a bit rocky at first, but it panned out afterward. its hard to instill REAL horror in such a short time. the way the guy looked completely horizontal was the best part. and i love the fact that this short is called 048 and no one talks about it. its just tattooed on the guys finger. 9/10. great job to the creators on this
