yes !! pomodoro method always works best for me (50 min study, 10 minute break) what helps for me sometimes is watching study with me's. i put my phone away, usually i put it on my bed, in a different room or i turn it off. i also use noise cancelling headphones and i play white noise because i get distracted pretty easily. hope this helps!

what shade of concealer do you wear?

i typically choose a concealer with a medium shade for neutral undertones. i currently use the tower 28 concealer in 6.0 IE :)
