@noneedforthis742 depends on the environment. But more times than not you'll be on board breakers like evenly, Lightning storm, duster, cosmic, prankatops, etc

Considering Promethean Princess, a card from a 2024 core set, is being reprinted in Bonanza is indication that this set could possibly rival Rarity Collection 1. Think about all the good QCRs that have been reprinted up until PHNI that could be in this set - pretty crazy. I wonder if they'll push past PHNI and reprint QCR exclusive cards from LEDE, or even BLTR. Personally hoping for a Loving Defender Forever reprint, so I can get a fifth secret rare Yubel card to the family.

@wyatt5868 it's not an outright win con anymore sadly, yes it's great, but most high end meta players play around it, the rogue decks don't lose to it, and you can't gurentee you'll have enough to send off it. You'll see from most feature matches, that droplets most effective coming in from the side as it gives you the ability to activate a board breaker and then chain droplet to it.

@adamking5563 it's a good card for the deck, however there are lots of factors to consider for manining it. 1, can't gurentee you'll go first, so chances of it resolving are very minimal. 2, not worth a 10$ card right now. 3, I try to avoid focusing on hand loop decks where able as that and FTKs are not healthy for the game imo

Does the gryphon need to be summoned to the EMZ for it to be able to point to the opponents face down monster or can it be in any monster zone and point upwards to opponents board? Just trying to understand the lock, great vid btw!

@pidge4G you wouldn't gryphon lock with the plan to trigger a mimmighoul you give them, You would either use IP to summon gryphon during opps turn after you have flipped the mimi face up (in that example you would want another link monster like mukraker so gryphon can be co linked when summoned and not point to emz. Or you'd summon it during your turn to mini skill drain your opp

How would this do in the grind game? I’m getting back into yugioh and seeing a small amount of main deck Shaddolls makes me wonder do you run out of resources fast?

@kgoat1727 not really, winda provides you with the grind game capabilities and with the trap card schism you can make a follow up winda to slow down and control the board. Sadly the main deck shaddolls aren't that great anymore in Multiples as you only ever really want to use them from the deck to maintain resource and trigger the effects selectively rather than forcefully

They seem like similar decks in theory revolving around a spell card, but I'm not sure which one I wanna invest into. I do have big monsters of both, being the Magician of Black Magic & the new Exodia fusion

@neonthunder3261 the exodia one is quite fun as can be a one shit big boss monster otk. Shining is more control and a bit slower. So 2 very different strategies, which ever you prefer, Sarc has a bit more balance between both however

Its not ideal tbh, best you can do with just master if summon it, search something like dragon and then put it on your opps board (but then chances are opp will just flip it) so your option to gain advantage would be archfiend. sadly master isnt that effective on its own, its best when combined with others.

Ice Barrier was one of my very first decks when Hidden Arsenal released many years ago. It was a huge part of my childhood when the game was slower, and it broke my heart to see it fall into obscurity. I've been researching modern builds for older archetypes I used to play, and I'm so glad I came across this.

I really like these videos. this just reminded me literally any ragnaraika deck can just splash rikka princess as an extender or to make strenna. I'm waiting to see if someone can finally crack the code to mix all the good insect/reptile/plant cards into one pile instead of just having it be X Ragnaraika deck. Rikka princess being probably being the best splashable plant card is a good example.
